As the property owner you are responsible to mark the area no parking. You will see in the attached letter dated December 20,2001 the Commission directed me to issue you an Enforcement Order if this continues. Enclosed you will fmd the Enforcement Order and a written warning. A violation of this cease and desist order can carry a non-criminal citation of$100.00. You are welcome to file a Request for Determination of Applicability(application)to try and seek approval with the Conservation Commission. I have enclosed the application. The Commission also advised that you should also contact Site Plan Review,Zoning and Licensing to see what regulations they might have on this issue. Please inform your client that the cease and desist still stands on parking there. The abutter that attended the hearing stated that cars were 1I still being parked there after I had sent out the letter back in March. The Commission advised me to send out an Enforcement Order if this continues. The Commission's concern is the number of cars being parked there. Please advise your client that they are welcome to file a Request for Determination of Applicability (application)to try and seek approval with the Conservation Commission. I have enclosed the application. The Commission also advised that the client should also contact Site Plan Review,Zoning and Licensing to see what regulations they might have on this issue.
