It was suggested to us that we write to you regarding building permit B-18-498 at 435 Old Jail
Lane, Barnstable MA 2630.
We were not able to start this building project due to a family crisis. Our understanding is that
the permit expired on or around September 18, 2018. We are requesting an extension of the
permit for at leastl2 months or longer, or other options you might suggest that we can exercise
until we are ready to complete the project, including any fees that we might be assessed to
keep it current.
