As it turned out,the homeowner made the following changes without OKH Approval or a building permit.I notified the Zoning Enforcement Officer and a Stop Work Order was issued. The homeowner proceeded with the following changes: (1) Replace roof,in-kind (2) Replace siding,in-kind (3) Replace a triple hung window without the grills. a. I did advise that he can certainly apply to OKH to have no grills but he would prefer to order new sashes that have a six over six,permanently affixed grills to satisfy the board. In addition to these changes,he would like to replace three areas of fencing,in-kind.
