The new windows will be new construction style windows with half screens, glazed with energy star rated insulated glass and clear pine extension jambs. The existing interior trim will be carefully removed and reinstalled on the new windows. The extension jambs and any new interior trim will be stained to match the existing before installation. The new windows will be completely installed and insulated into the existing openings using closed cell spray foam insulation.The exterior of the new windows will be trimmed in 5/4 pvc with a rabbeted j channel and sill to match the existing windows. The kitchen window will be a awning style window with no grills: We will remove and dispose of the old windows and any construction debris. The cost to replace the windows as proposed will be 13,750.00. We will then supply the labor and materials to replace four corner boards and the trim around three doors. The new trim will be pvc to match the size and look of the existing trim. The new corner boards will be 5/4 pvc with a rabbeted j channel . The cost to replace the trim as proposed will be 2,200.00. We will then supply the labor and material to strip off the existing roof shingles to the plywood deck arid then install a eight inch aluminum drip edge at all eves with a first course of ice &water roofing underlayment. The remainder of the roof will be covered with 30 lbs synthetic roofing felt. W will then completely reshingle the roof using Certainteed Landmark Pro roof shingles to:be storm nailed with a Harvey brand ridge vent. All shingle and roofing debris will be cleaned up daily and disposed of. The cost of the reroofing as proposed will be 6,300.00 We will then supply the labor and material to strip off the white cedar shingles from the two sides and back of the house. We will remove the gable louvers and close them in as they won't be needed with the ridge vent. The attic windows will remain. We will then replace the window cap flashings and completely warp the three walls in typar house warp. The three sides of the house will then be resided using Certainteed Cedar Impressions vinyl shingle siding. The shingle siding has a five inch exposure to the weather and will be completely installed. All shingles and siding debris will be cleaned up daily and disposed of. The cost of the siding as proposed will be 14,600.00 & lc`3 We Propose hereby to furnish material and labor complete in accordance with the above specifications for the sum of: As noted per project above.
