THs property is being prepared for construction and a recent site plan shows that the second floor deck on your building and its supports are encroaching over the boundary line of this property as shown on an enclosed section of the site plan. Even if it were entirely located on your property, this second story deck fails to meet state building code requirements and it appears to be a safety hazard.
