Among other , requirements for such permit, it is my clients' understanding that you wished a letter from me certifying that their lot is exempted from the present area requirement of one (1) acre in the zoning .district in which their land lies and also that they own no other land in Cummaquid which is contiguous to said lot. Please be advised that Mr. and Mrs. Van Iderstine acquired title to their lot by deed of Harry West of Rhode Island. A copy Of their deed is attached and as can be verified its date of February 7, 1984 precedes the adoption of one acre zoning for the district which from a telephone conversation with your office I•�understand to have been in February of 1985. Please be further advised" tHat Mr. and Mrs Van Iderstine own no other land in Cummaquid which of course eliminates the possibility that they might own other contiguous land to the parcel under consideration.
