Please be advised that Mr. and Mrs. Van Iderstine acquired title to their lot by deed of Harry West of Rhode Island. A copy Of their deed is attached and as can be verified its date of February 7, 1984 precedes the adoption of one acre zoning for the district which from a telephone conversation with your office I•�understand to have been in February of 1985.
