Jacobson, Jonathan J and Mathias, Donna M, 340 Hollidge Lane, Marstons Mills, MA 02648, Map 081/Parcel 010. The applicants propose to repair or replace exisng stairs and to construct and maintain a seasonal pier. 2. Home Port Investments, LLC, 9 Indian Trail, Osterville, MA 02655, Map 091/Parcel 015. Applicant proposes to replace the exisng failing mber bulkhead with a vinyl bulkhead. 3. Marn, Shawn D, Trustee, the 310 North Bay Road Realty Trust, 310 North Bay Road, Osterville, MA 02655, Map 72/Parcel 5. The Applicant proposes to convert a seasonal pier to a permanent, pile supported pier in the same footprint as the exisng pier. No changes are proposed to the ramp and float which will connue to be stored off- site in the off-season. The float is currently anchored with permanent piles. 4. McParland, Stephen M & Beth F, Trustees, 150 Carriage Road, Osterville, MA 02655, Map 71/Parcel 15-3. Applicants propose to construct a pile supported dinghy dock with kayak rack and an end plaorm rather than a float. 5. Collins, Marc A and Tobey S, 142 Willow Run Drive, Centerville, MA 02632, Map 210/Parcel 068. The applicants propose to replace and expand the exisng mber pier with a seasonal aluminum pier. The proposed pier will be similar in length to the abung pier. The pier will be removed and stored upland. The design of the pier incorporates lateral access stairs. 6. Layton, John and Pamela, 592 Poponesse Road, Cotuit, MA 02635, Map 007/Parcel 003. The applicants propose to construct and maintain stairs, a mber boardwalk, pier, ramp and float. The proposed pier is for non-motorized vessels only. The applicants are seeking a waiver of Ch. 237, so that the proposed pier can be located where the exisng path is and not in the center of the applicants’ lot.
