I wanted to make sure we had it on the record that staff is not confirming the Town Coastal bank indicated on the plan she used to sketch the fence on. I do not believe this is a Town Coastal bank and we did not call it a coastal bank on a SE3-5776, 105 Eel River Rd. filing.
