Please forward this email to the Commissioners and copy the file regarding the Randon RDA. I wanted to make sure we
had it on the record that staff is not confirming the Town Coastal bank indicated on the plan she used to sketch the fence
on. I do not believe this is a Town Coastal bank and we did not call it a coastal bank on a SE3-5776, 105 Eel River Rd.

To confirm our telephone conversation of yesterday, 2/2/23, in the RDA application for the Randon fence at
117 Eel River Road, Osterville, we did not request, nor do we expect to obtain confirmation of any
resource area shown on the “Proposed Fence Graphic” included in the application. We are only asking the
Commission to determine whether the fence rises to the level of an alteration requiring the filing of an NOI.
