Good morning Darcy,
We inves gated moving the wall back 1 to 2 feet, but due to site limita ons and available space within the easement, we
found that moving the wall back would nega vely affect the retaining wall func on. We were unable to move the wall
back and therefore do not have any plan updates for the Commission. Please let me know if you have any ques ons or

Hi Kate,
I am holding for a revised plan to adjust the wall (pull it back what every you can). I believe someone men oned it could
maybe go back an addi onal 1 or 2’ . see the mo on below.
We will need a paper set and a PDF set of revised plans.
A mo on was made to approve the project subject submi al of a construc on protocol by the contractor, adjust the
loca on of the wall to the best of their ability, walk the work limit line a er heavy rain events, and con nue to January 17,
2023 for the sole purpose of issuance of the SE3# by DEP.
