Re: Lot 19, Lakeside Drive, Centerville Dear Mr. Grossman: You are granted a variance on behalf of your clients, Neil and Arlene Glynn, I from Regulation 15.03 (7) , of Title 5, of the State Environmental Code, to install septic leaching pits two feet from a property line in lieu of I the required ten feet. You are also granted a variance to install septic leaching pits seventy-seven ! feet from a water course, in lieu of the required one hundred feet, required by the Town of Barnstable Health Regulations. i All abutters were notified by certified mail and no one present at the Board of Health meeting September 20, 1983, objected to the granting of this variance. The variance was granted' to obtain an additional five feet of distance from the leaching facility and the designated reserve area from Lake Wequaquet. The percolation rate was also less than two minutes per inch. The designing engineer must be present on site and supervise the construction I of the septic system and must certify, in writing, to the Board that the system was constructed in strict accordance with his design. You must also receive an Order of Conditions from the Conservation Commission. Everything is now in place and we are ready to file for a building permit .
