Due to the many economic hardships that have affected my family since the economic meltdown in 2008, I have not been in a position to comply with this Notice. Currently, this property is in foreclosure and I am trying to deal with the lender on a restructuring of the remaining mortgage payments. Hopefully, this negotiation will be completed by December 31,2012. Due to my continued economic hardship, I would respectfully request an extension on complying with this Notice until sometime after April 1, 2013. Please advise as to a revised date for compliance with the Notice. Thank you.
