It was not immediately reported but discovered by someone i i else at 8AM and checked out by Manager, Robert Ferretti. Clean Harbors has been called and arrive by 10:45 AM. Tim Burbank of Clean Harbors was on-site and referred Nynex to LevineAThomas for an LSP.
