UNIT 4 REPORTING A SINK HOLE IN THE PARKING LOT A'ND HIS PICK UP TRUCK HAD 1 WHEEL IN THE HOLE.RESPONCE MYSELF AND LIEUT. HUBLER OF FIRE PREVENTION. UPON ARRIVAL MET THE CALLER AND OBSERVED A 1983 CHEVY PICK UP WITH CAP COLOR BLACK WITH ITS LEFT FRONT WHEEL AND SUSPENSION SYSTEM HADAPPARENTLY SUNK INTO A CESSPOOL IN THE PARKING AREA TO THE REAR OF THE BUILDING.THE TRUCK APPEARED TO BE STABLE NOW AND UNTIL THE HOLE CAN BE TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY FOR SAFETY CONCERNS IT IS BETTER THAT THE TRUCK IS THERE. REQUESTED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ED BARRY ARRIVED ON LOCATION TOOK A COUPLE OF PHOTOS AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL FOLLOW UP ON THIS MATTER WITH MARK SHEENAN OF PARK SQUARE MANAGEMENT. MYSELF AND LIEUT. HUBLER WENT OVER TO 156 MAIN ST.AND SPOKE TO A NANCY KRAJEWSKI SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH MARK OR RICHARD ASAP.WE ADVISED HER THAT THE MATTER WOULD NOW BE IN THE HANDS OF THE HEALTH DFEPARTMENT AND THEY WOULD BE FOLLOWING UP ON THIS MATTER. CAR 805 CLEARED THE CALL AND RETURNED TO QTRS.AT 1628 HRS. CAPTAIN JOSEPH P.CABRAL JR. 9/18/95.
