It is my understanding that you are inquiring whether or not the June 21, 2001 Commission decision allows only one restaurant in the plaza. While the DRI decision does not specifically limit the number of restaurants allowed, wastewater condition#1 of the Commission's DRI decision may have the effect of influencing how many or what type of businesses may locate in the plaza. This condition states: "Title 5 wastewater flows from the Cotuit Landing project shall be limited to 10,500 gpd. Use of additional wastewater treatment capacity on the site shall be approved by the Commission. Total flows shall be limited to 21,600 gpd unless additional flows are approved by the Commission." In addition to the Commission's DRI decision, there may or may not be requirements or;...., g restrictions on certain uses/businesses locating in the plaza based on Town zdr ing or ot@pI r 1 ., bylaws. This is something you may wish to verify with the Town of Barnstabl'6zG- rowth Management Department. 6` _4, co hope this addresses you question. Please contact me if I can be of further assistance. I had a meeting with my manager immediately after your inspection. I plan on replacing the tiles in the kitchen with the below product. It is the only product online that I can find that resembles what you are describing. We set a plan of action, we have ordered a new cutting board for the pizza area, the chicken is now going to be cooked to order and if it is not, it will be cooled down in the cooler. We designated a spot for the ice scoop and we have the ice machine on a cleaning schedule. I will cut a piece of rubber covering to get that wall juncture as well. My renovations' that I plan on doing to the store are not substantial, mostly cosmetic and will take place over time. We plan on replacing the booths, new tv, etc.. Things of that nature, no actual building modification. I will notify you when everything has been accomplished. Thank you for your time. -Scott http://www.MoistuReresistantCeilingTiles.com/ 3/26/2012 Pizza Wave Pagel of 1 Miorandi, Donna From: Scott Lopes [scott@pizzawave.com] Sent: Tuesday, October 16, 2012 8:09 PM To: Miorandi, Donna Subject: Pizza Wave Hi Donna , I hope you have been well. Wanted to address a few items. We have been having an issue with one roof leak. There is only one leak, it's small but a big pain. We replaced our roof top air conditioner last year, we thought that would resolve the issue because the drip pain was rusted out. However, it still leaked. Stop and Shop has since sent their roofers over on three separate occasions to attempt to fix it. the last time they said they found the leak and it should be good, then it rained and it still leaked. Stop and Shop has been great and recognizes that this needs to be fixed, the roofers are again coming out by weeks end to try to fix it, however, I'm trying to tell them they need to come when it rains, so they can actually see the leak, then come back and fix it. But regardless,we do know it needs to be fixed. Regarding the ceiling tiles, I have a local contractor putting them in for me, they should be in by mid November. The tiles have arrived but I realized that they are more difficult to cut and shape than the standard ones. The ceiling is old, pieced together and not square and I want them to come out nice and I realize it would be smart to have someone that has the good cutting tools and the experience to put them in rather than me. That is the update and I'll contact you regarding both issues once they are complete. Thanks. -Scott c Co -n v n o - r-ss r40/17/2012 p6"! A -, a g .^.. .•r :s*a' .:fix ..:. ..:=,°'`r. .. „...,_r u. fir. ,,a• .e..,. ._.max .^:.: - _: ,.., .. ,.. .,, _:.: .. ,. € ,: , .:a. ... tires.. `•;, -.. :a. .,,.-.. ?"...., 'a. wM..E . .w_,,,:...-., ...
