In my letter to you on February 6, 19"8,,6 I stated that the water run off from your building was causing the prob- lem: I hav\etksince viewed the ro ert p p y during a rain and the water runs, off your roof directly to the ground below and runs off onto the Mid-Cape Ford lot also causing sand erosion on the property. On the northerly side of your building water is running off,=ithe parking area onto the Mid Cape Ford lot again with soil erosion. Prior to the improvements and paving of the abutting lot the rain water drained into the soil. Now, even their catch basin is filling with sand.
