Re: SPR-021-99 Cape Cod Mall additional parking,-230 Falmouth Road, HY (293/033)
Proposal: Existing building to be removed. All impervious material within
the 50 foot buffer to wetlands to be removed. Lot to be used for 87 parking
spaces.
Dear Mr. Ford,
The above referenced proposal was reviewed at the Site Plan Review Meeting of March 4, 1999
and approved under Section 4-7.4 (2) of the Barnstable Zoning Ordinance.
This proposal is an allowed use in the HB Business District as accessory to the Cape Cod Mall.
Please contact the Engineering Department and the Hyannis Fire Department to coordinate the
demolition of the building.
Please note a Building Permit is necessary prior to any construction. Upon completion of all
work, a letter of certification is required by Section 4-7.8 (7) of the Town of Barnstable Zoning
Ordinance must be submitted. Also, all signage must be discussed with Gloria Urenas of this
Division.
