Final Structural Inspection:
On this day I inspected the pre-engineered Ceco steel building. I found the structure to
be erected in compliance with the erection drawings supplied by Ceco Buildings. As
well., the structure is erected incompliancc with the applicable provisions of the 8"
edition of the Mass State Building Code, Industry standards for erection tolerances and
workmanship.
It is my opinion that the structure is erected properly and will perform as designed by
Ceco Buildings

Proposed Balise Nissan Dealership
Rt. 28, Hyannis, MA
The undersigned Engineer visited the subject site and performed soil compaction
tests at the rear (north) parking lot as shown on the attached sketch. Twelve soil
compaction tests were accomplished in compacted fill areas across the proposed
north parking lot. Tests were accomplished using a nuclear densometer with
Proctor value of 134.8 pcf at optimum moisture of 5.8 for the reclaimed asphalt
and gravelly sand fill. All tests were performed at finished base course grade
(bottom of proposed asphalt grade). Tests are tabulated as follows with F'
indicating failed tests with results less than the required 95% compaction and R
indicating retest of those failed tests.

The Contractor was moistening and compacting various areas while Briggs was onsite
and focused on failed test locations 3, 5 and 8 and immediately surrounding fill areas.
Retests were performed proximal to previously failed tests and are tabulated as follows:
