The subject property was foreclosed by Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT1 (with a c/o Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC in West Palm Beach, FL), on April 24, 2014 but no apparent effort has been made to register the property. A notice from Altisource was on the front door, the driveway was plowed, a path is shoveled to the side door and the property appears secure with a lockbox on the side door.
