I would like to bring to your attention that the Zoning Board
of Appeals has received a Comprehensive Permit application for
relief under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40B.
As required by the statute, we are holding a hearing on
said appeal within a thirty-day time frame; said hearing has
been scheduled for November 19, 1992. Also, as required by the
statute, we are notifying all appropriate Boards.
Your input in relation to this petition would be helpful to
the Zoning Board of Appeals in rendering a fair and equitable
decision.
