VOTE: So Voted Unanimously In ormal Modification of Approved Certificate of Appropriateness The Egg& I Restaurant, 521 Main Street, Hyannis, MA Map 308, Parcel 096 Represented by Ralph Crossen II `y I Modification to Approved Planters Mr. Crossen explained to the Commission that he completed one of the previously approved planters per specifications,and it was overbearing and too big. The Owner would like to go with concrete planters,painted with an earth tone color. Concrete planters are pre-cast with holes for drainage, 2' high, 18" wide and 4'/z' long. Motion duly made by William Cronin, seconded by Dave Colombo to Approve the Modification to the Planters with the following conditions: Concrete planters to be painted with a minimum of two coats of toasty beige to match awning with either a flat or eggshell sealer and hand rubbed with cloth to work paint into the holes of a concrete planter, spaced at least two feet apart along the property line and the entrance clearly.,defined by angling the planters.
