The Owner would like to go with concrete planters,painted with an earth tone color. Concrete planters are pre-cast with holes for drainage, 2' high, 18" wide and 4'/z' long. Motion duly made by William Cronin, seconded by Dave Colombo to Approve the Modification to the Planters with the following conditions: Concrete planters to be painted with a minimum of two coats of toasty beige to match awning with either a flat or eggshell sealer and hand rubbed with cloth to work paint into the holes of a concrete planter, spaced at least two feet apart along the property line and the entrance clearly.,defined by angling the planters.
