RE: Site Plan Review#005-17 Informal 259 North Street Residences
259 North Street,I-Iyanni77 Map 308, Parcel 073-002.
Dear Mr. Bornstein:
Please be advised that the above proposal has been found to be administratively approvable subject
to the following:
• Approval is based upon site plan entitled"Site Plan of#259 North Street, Hyannis, MA"
dated May 3, 2017 prepared for 259 North Street LP by Down Cape Engineering Inc. and;
floor plans entitled"NoSt Residences", 4 sheets, dated September 30, 2016 prepared by
Merge Architects, Inc.,Boston for Holly Management& Supply Corp.
• Modification of the existing special permits will need to be granted by the Planning Board.
• A deed restriction in perpetuity must be recorded stating that,the lot may not be subdivided.
• Rental units will require annual registration and inspection through the Health Department.
• Dumpster location will need to be approved by the Health Department and depicted on the
plan prior to the issuance of a building permit.
• . Applicant must obtain all other applicable permits, licenses and approval required.
A copy of the approval will be retained on file in the Building Department.
