Proposal: Fit-out and use of a 4,500 s.f. tenant space for personal service business/wellbeing use
and a membership-based accessory health club. Prior use of the space was physical
therapy/medical.
Dear Attorney Lawler:
Please be advised that the above-referenced proposal was approved administratively by the Site Plan
Review Committee at the informal meeting July 17, 2018 based upon the site plan, draft floor plans and
parking analysis provided and is subject to the following:
• Hyannis FD—Fire alarm plans will need to be provided at the building permit stage. Alarm
system will need to remain in service at all times during construction.
• Building Commissioner- Floor plans stamped by a Massachusetts architect will be required at
the building permit stage for tenant fit out as well as State construction control documents.
Applicant must obtain all other applicable permits, licenses and approvals required.
