Th .01 you for the follow-up, we did not find any issues. Robin Anderson went to the site and did not observe activity
generelly associated with a Child Care Facility. Further, according to Agent O'Connell's report and the residents _
statements,the activity taking place on the premises is a private arrangement between to families which is exempt from.

I responded to below complaint at approximately 10:00am on 8-24-17 About 30-20 minutes after receiving this
complaint I knocked on door and was greeted by Krysta Greer. I explained who I was and why I was there. I asked her
if she runs a day care out of this unit and she laughed and said, "NO!!" She then stated that she cares fora fiends'
children why she is at work as a favor.These two children were in the unit at time of inspection. I then asked her how
many people live at this unit. She stated that it was only her, her husband and their two kids . I then walked through
dweiling unit and did not observe any overcrowding. Ms. Greer then became emotional at the end of my inspection and.
demapded an explanation on who originated this complaint.. I was given her number(508)-221-5302) and told her I
would pas-§this along to my superiors. The only violation I found was that the unit is not registered with Health

Background:
The'Yachtsman Condominium facility is a Yachtsman Condominium Trust (YCT) association
op:erated..and:managed business at 500 Ocean Street, consisting of 155 condominium units. It is a,
welt maintained,-:upper socio-economic living facility. YCT governing policies do not permit any,type
of'b°usihes`sioperation in the condo units.
Cssue reguiring"Town`of Barnstable Regulatory Division consideration:
Evidrence Indicates that the owner/ or renter in YC Condominium Unit 115 has for months been
iraktng case of very young children - for compensation. Evidence consists of.excessive amounts of
drapers ihArash, children playing and screaming in the condo, and people in the parking lot to "pay"
for baby sitting. Mid-morning is when the noise and activity occurs the most.
These child care "pay-for-service" activities are in violation of YCT regulations and is likely in violation
of flown'of.Barnstable regulations.
Attempts to contact the Unit Owner on this issue have proven "challenging"; without results "

Per.your.request earlier,I reported to the subject unit this morning around 11:25. The site was very quiet.. There was no
internal traffic,no sound or evidence of any children in the common area or parking lot. I observed one elderly
gentleman retrieving something from car and one woman returning to her unit. The parking spaces are numbered to
correspond with the units and apparently there is no general parking are for guests.
P.lease let me know if additional information or action is required.
