I explained who I was and why I was there. I asked her if she runs a day care out of this unit and she laughed and said, "NO!!" She then stated that she cares fora fiends' children why she is at work as a favor.These two children were in the unit at time of inspection. I then asked her how many people live at this unit. She stated that it was only her, her husband and their two kids . I then walked through dweiling unit and did not observe any overcrowding. Ms. Greer then became emotional at the end of my inspection and. demapded an explanation on who originated this complaint.. I observed one elderly gentleman retrieving something from car and one woman returning to her unit. The parking spaces are numbered to correspond with the units and apparently there is no general parking are for guests. P.lease let me know if additional information or action is required.
