Access to be through adjacent#753 Bearses Way lot only. Fencing,grading, low level lighting, landscape and drainage improvements are proposed. Dear Mr. Ojala: Please be advised that subsequent to the formal site plan review meeting on January 26, 2012, the revised plan was approved subject to the following: • Approval is based upon and must be substantially constructed in accordance with plans entitled "Site Plan in Hyannis, MA" Scale 1"=20', dated January 3, 2012 with final revisions per SPR February 10,2012 prepared for Jack Carter by Down Cape Engineering of Yarmouthport. • 12 ft wide Pineneedle Lane access gate is for Fire Department emergency access only and shall be kept locked at all times. • Applicant is responsible for ensuring that the emergency access gate remains clear. Applicant should consult with DPW regarding plowing Pineneedle Lane beyond the access gate entry. • At no time shall there be dropping off or unloading of cars from Pineneedle Lane. • This 72 space vehicle storage parking lot must be added to the dealership license. • Plan for a low wattage, fully shielded light for security only must receive approval from Steve Seymour, Engineer Growth Management Department to ensure that there is zero (0) light spillage onto abutting properties. Upon completion of all work, a registered engineer or land surveyor shall submit a letter of certification, made upon knowledge and belief in accordance with professional standards that all work has been done in substantial compliance with the approved site plan (Zoning Section 240-105 (G).
