Clark Trust, Jean F. Clark Trustee, 9.61 Pitcher's Way, Hyannis, 997755 Pitcher's Way, Hyannis and 989 Pitcher's Way, Hyannis. Lodging house license numbers are 14, 15 and 16. During these inspections I was accompanied by Hyannis Fire Department Inspector Lt. Donald Chase and property manager John Neto. The following observations were made at 989 Pitcher's Way there are 6 studio units numbered 1 through 6 each with approximately 170 square feet of habitable space. These units contained a bathroom with a toilet and tub shower enclosure, a compact refrigerator, - microwave and-a:toaster over or a hot plate-- Unit number 7 was a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. The tenants of units 1-6 do not have access to this unit as it is a separate dwelling unit. Units 1-6 had all been occupied by one person, the occupant of unit 2 having recently moved out. Unit 7 was occupied by two persons and a child. The occupants of unit 7 is the property manager John Neto and his family. The Lodging House pernZit posted in the dwelling states that there are six rooms and 6 lodgers maximum. At 975 Pitcher's Way there are 6 studio units numbered 1 through 6 each with approximately 170 square feet of habitable space. These units contained a bathroom with a toilet and tub shower enclosure,a compact refrigerator, microwave and a toaster oven or a hot plate. At 961 Pitcher's Way there are 6 studio units numbered 1 through 6 each.with approximately 170 square feet of habitable space. These units contained a bathroom with a toilet and tub shower enclosure, a compact refrigerator, microwave and a toaster oven or a hot plate. Unit number 7.was a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms.
