Re: Tractor Supply Company Project- Site Plan Review
Applicant: Windmill Square,LLC
Dear Mr. Florence:
Following up on the recent Site Plan Review concerning the above captioned project, this
letter will confirm that the Applicant has informed Tractor Supply Company that the area shown
on the Site Plan as"Customer Pick-Up"may not be used for outside storage. This is also true for
any other areas of the plan where the fencing was removed.
The Applicant did make Site Plan aware that the tenant will be able to use portions of the
outside pick u area for display during its normal business hours but the displays would have to

be brought inside the building each evening. The Applicant further disclosed he is looking for an
alternative site for the tenant to store and display additional products provided that the other
site's zoning allows for use and storage. In effect,the proposed tenant would have two sites,
similar in nature to when Sears had a pick-up facility a short distance from its main store at the
Cape Cod Mall.
Further,the Applicant understands if, and when,he applies for the building permit you:
will require a letter from the prospective tenants acknowledging their awareness that outside
storage will not be allowed.
