Dear Mr. Cutler, The above referenced proposal was reviewed at the Site Plan Review Meeting of July 16, 1998 and approved under Section 4-7.4 (2) of the Barnstable Zoning Ordinance with the following conditions: • Extend loam and seed island top property line to the east on both sides of the curbcut. • Choose one of the following Board of Health options for washing of vehicles: Applicantmusthave permission from Sewer Department, orplace an on-site holding tank, or install an on site recycling system. Please be informed that a Building Permit is necessary prior to any construction. Upon completion of all work, a letter of certification required by Section 4-7.8 (7) of the Town of Barnstable Zoning Ordinance must be submitted.
