I'm already permitted to have a certain number of parking spaces and now you want to put me out of business. This town has been including as part of the quota for my parking business those parking spaces allowed for my tenants at my privately-owned property. My private residence and rental income-producing property allows for a certain number of allowed parking spaces. Now I'm wondering why the town is including my tenants' parking spaces as illegal when I am allowed by law to have spaces for my tenants and their guests? Here's a list of my properties that I pay over $35,000 in annual real estate taxes: 1. 43 Pleasant Street, Hy. --4 Apartments, 8 Vehicles allowed; 2. 44 Pleasant Street, Hy. -- 7 Apartments, 14 Vehicles allowed; 3. 56 Pleasant Street, Hy. -- McEvoy Private Residence and Cape Cod Limousine Service -- 12 Vehicles allowed; -4.;: 66 P16d'si5it'Street;Hy. -- 2 Apartments;*Vehicles-allowed; _- 5. 64 Pleasant Street, Hy -- Single-Family House, 2 Vehicles allowed; 6. 86 South Street, Hy. -- Guest House, 6 Units, 6 Vehicles allowed; 7. 86 South Street, Rear, Hy. -- Single-Family House, 2 Vehicles allowed; 8. 52 South Street, Hy. -- 3 Apartment Units, 6 Vehicles allowed; 9. Additionally, it's my understanding that I'm allowed 2 parking spaces at each of above 8 locations for visitors and guests. I count 70 parking spaces, which is what I'm allowed.
