There has been understory removed at 540 Old Falmouth Rd. I understand you have requested a con nuance which is a
good thing. We need to sort out what you would be trying to mi gate under your NOI applica on and what is a
viola on. I will send you the only two determina ons we have on file unless you already have them. There was some
tree cu ng that was approved of damaged trees and leaning trees. I have photos that Fred Stepanis took of the trees. I
