RE: Letter of Interest (LOI)
Centerville Gardens Wireless Communications Tower
36 Wequaquet Lane, Centerville, MA and 1060 Falmouth Road, Hyannis, MA
Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 250023T00 and 250023H00
Dear Crown Castle Representative:
The purpose of this Non-Binding Letter of Interest (“LOI”) is to outline a basis of
understanding between Crown Castle, Inc. ("Crown") and DISH Wireless L.L.C. (“Dish”)
regarding the future possible use by DISH of the proposed Centerville Gardens Wireless
Communications Tower to be built at 36 Wequaquet Lane, Centerville, MA and 1060
Falmouth Road, Hyannis, MA (the “Site”).
If approved and constructed, the Site may enable DISH to address a coverage gap in the
surrounding area. DISH supports Crown in its efforts to secure a Development of Regional
Impact approval, zoning or other federal, state or local approvals necessary to develop the
communication facility, as proposed, so that the parties may further discuss a future possible
agreement for DISH to install its equipment at the Site if the Site is built.
This Non-Binding Letter of Interest is not a contract and is not binding on either party.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a promise or an agreement. Neither party is
relying on any statements or actions of the other party.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. We look forward to
working with you on this important project.
Sincerely,
Jeanne Cottrell
