The following conditions must be met: (1) The designing engineer must be on-site, and must supervise construction of the on-site sewage disposal system and must furnish written certification that the system was installed in strict accordance with his design prior to issuance of a certificate of compliance. (2) The proposed well must be installed and the water tested prior to approval of a building permit. The water tested must meet all of the standards required by the Massachusetts Drinking Water Regulations. (3) The system must be pumped every three years and written certification submitted by a licensed septage hauler. (4) Any existing cesspools must be disconnected and completely filled with clean granular fill. (5) Variance expires November 1, 1987.
