Gentlemen:
The Board of Health approves this subdivision. The following
conditions must be met:
Town water shall be made available to each lot. If impossible
to obtain town water from water district, a letter to that
effect must be obtained.
Each dwelling shall connect to the Town Sewer when it is
available.
Each septic system. shall be located within the prescribed
boundaries of each individual lot. Each developer must
submit a copy of a master plan .to the. Board showing the .
exact location of the septic systems throughout the - 7.
-
subdivision and must conform to the developer's master plan.
Observation pits must be dug to a depth of 12 feet on Lots 7 and
9 to establish soil suitability and determine ground water
elevation and must be observed by a representative of the
Board of Health.
The developer must furnish the Board a statement from a Registered
Engineer that the installation of private sewage systems on each lot will
'.tnot adversely affect surface or sub-surface public or private water
\' resources of (1) all lots in subdivision; - (2) the adjacent land (whether
developed or not) ; (3) a defined aquifer recharge area.
A percolation test must be made on each lot, at leaching site,
before a building permit will be issued. Each proposed septic system
must conform strictly to Article XI of the Massachusetts State Sanitary
Code .and Town of Barnstable Rules and Regulations.

Prior to Board of Health approval of each building permit, the
sewage system and water supply must conform to State and Town Health
Regulations that� are in effect on the date of said issuance.
