Gentlemen:
Before final approval by the Board of Health, the following conditions
must be met:
The developer must provide Town water to each and every lot in
subdivision.
Each septic system shall be located within the prescribed boundaries
of each individual lot.
Each dwelling shall connect to the Town sewer when it is available.
A percolation test must be made on each lot, at leaching site, before
a building permit will be issued. Each proposed septic system must con-
form strictly to Title 5, State Environmental Code, and Town of
Barnstable Rules and Regulations.
Prior to Board of Health approval of each building permit, the sewage
system and water supply must conform to Title 51 of the State Environ-
mental Code and Town Health regulations that are in effect on the date
of said issuance.
