RE: Grease Trap
Dear Sir:
One March 31 , 1981 a H2O - 2,000 gallon, pre-cast grease
"„;;trap was installed with the covers raised to grade . Upon
Aithe purchase of the Frame Factory an addition was added to
the building. This addition was placed over a corner of the
grease trap. As a result , a larger grease trap can not be
installed.
We shall perform a maintenance on the present grease trap
once every. #hree` weeks from May to October during the busy
months} once a month from November to April as suggested b:.
