In regards to rendezvous cafe at 392 Main street Hyannis The below is the agreement between the landlord and lessee stating the agreement of the shared grease trap. In addition we are in understanding that the hand sinks to be installed will be touch less and have splashguards. Also, in the purchasing and installing of equipment it is understood that all units of equipment be NSF certified and all electrical equipment be UL rated. 4.2.4 Grease Trap. LESSEE shall pay LESSOR as Additional Rent within ten (10) days of LESSOR'S billing of same, LESSEE'S Share of any and all costs incurred by LESSOR in maintaining the Grease Trap. If LESSEE is the only party utilizing the Grease Trap, LESSEE'S Share shall be 100% of the costs of maintenance. At LESSOR'S discretion, the Grease Trap may be used to service additional tenants in which case LESSEE'S share shall be reduced proportionally based on the square feet of premises utilizing the Grease Trap. Included is a plan for dry storage in the basement, and a list of all equipment specs. 1. Dry storage in basement will be floor to ceiling walls with FRP panels attached, epoxy paint on floors, and metal grid with washable ceiling tiles. Shelving will be chrome coated wire shelving units. Placement of storage is not below plumbing. Floor surrounding storage will be painted with epoxy floor paint. 2. The ceiling over proposed cafe area in front of space will be dropped, to accommodate washable ceiling tiles and grid. 3. 3 bay sink will be big enough to handle largest washable utensil, pot etc: 4.
