Dear Ms. Busias,
On March 24, 2021, you submitted a request to the Board of Health for an extension to
connect your property located at 32 Paine Avenue Hyannis to public sewer. In your
letter, you stated you were unable to have the work scheduled on the property due to
the pandemic.
The Board of Health reviewed the submitted document(s) and historical information on
file at the Health Division Office concerning public sewer connection availability and
letters sent to the owner of this property during the past several years. This property
was originally required to be connected to public sewer before October 30, 2018. In
2018, the Board of Health granted you a one year extension which expired in 2019.
More than two years have passed since the deadline of the one-year extension.
After reviewing the information during the public meeting of the Board of Health held on
Tuesday May 11, 2021, the Board voted to deny your request for an extension. This
property must be connected to public sewer within six months.

I do not see this address on your spreadsheet for Stewart Creek. Can you double check and let me
