The .applicant ' s property is shown as Assessor ' s Map and Parcel Number 316/05-3 , more commonly addressed as 8 Boulder Road , Barnstable , MA. The property is zoned RF- 1 k Residential, Zoning District . The applicant ' s request was heard by the following Board members : Ron Jansson , Dexter Bliss , Gail N,ightingal, e , Gene Burman and ,Chairman Luke Lally . Summary of Evidence : The applicants , representing themselves , presented there appeal to the Board explaining that the original deed to the property has described two ( 2 ) separate lots . The original deed was dated 1984 at which time the minimum lot area in the district was 20 , 000 sq . ft . The surrounding lots are also of approximately 20 , 000 sq . ft . The original plot plan showing one dwelling unit located on one of two lots was presented . No one spoke in support or opposition to the petition as presented . The Board decided to continue the proceedings until September 12 , 1991 , to provide time to inspect and view the property .
