She needs better clarity for the description of work. Perhaps an email stating that this is a tri-level and removal of one kitchen in the lower level and one kitchen in the middle level to restore to a single family? This would have to be in your own words. Better yet,you can come into our office to address this with the staff(change the description of work on your paper application). Please do this asap so that we can issue the permit and arrange for the final to close the permit. This is an outdoor summer sitting area. The exterior is white cedar shingles like the rest of the house. The porch was designed to flow with the character of the original house, which was constructed in the 1970's. #2 Three Season Room We removed an existing greenhouse room, and used the concrete pad as a base for a three season sitting room(photos and plans attached). This structure is not visible from the street, or,because of the height of our property in relation to our living neighbors, abutters. When we purchased the house, it was sadly neglected, and both the structure and grounds were in need of maintenance and care. The greenhouse structure was old and leaking. The exterior is white cedar shingles like the rest of the house, and the roof line complements the main house. #3 Proposed Exterior Paint We are requesting approval for paint for the new cedar shingles we have just replaced the old, rotting ones with on the main structure, and on the two new porches.
