The petitioner is in compliance with the requirements of Section V. George Allen spoke in support of the petition - he finds no problem with it. Luke Lally found that the petitioner meets the requirements of Section V of the Zoning By-laws, therefore, he would make a motion to grant the Special Permit as requested - the motion was seconded by Gail Nightingale.
