Hi Karen, The Trustees have previously voted and approved your request to
perform the subject work as outlined per condition below. Let the revised
statement below serve as approval of the work.
To extend the second floor of Unit 1 into the interior front entrance atrium. The
combination washer/dryer in adjacent to the second floor area has failed. The
intention is to expand the second floor area to accept a side by side washer and
dryer. The trustees have granted approval with the following conditions. All
required work permits have been submitted and processed, interior wall and
supports are properly evaluated and constructed, no change is to take place to
the exterior of the building, and no costs to be incurred by the Condominium
Association or unit owners.
