Lot thirteen.-consists of three buildings containing nine units, while Lot 14 contains a bed and breakfast that will be sold separately. The petitioner has appeared before the Conservation Commission and been granted an order of conditions. The Plan voted on by the Board is the most recent and requests a Special Permit- only; however, building six has a jog that comes within the fifteen foot setback area - this jog to be eliminated.. Ron Jansson made a motion that the relief sought be granted with the following conditions: That the buildings be so modified as to conform to Section M, (e) of the zoning by-laws To be not less than 20 feet of unbroken yard space to be established along the entire perimeter of the buildings being erected, and green space, where not already asphalt To be per the Plan indicated as Windswept Village , .revised 2/2/86 with the exception of the jog which is to be eliminated so as not to infringe into the sideline setback of building number six (6) The motion was seconded by Luke Lally. The Board voted unanimously to grant the relief sought by the petitioner- with the restrictions as outlined; that the sideline setback be adhered to at the entire perimeter of both lots, as outlined in Section M, (e) of the Zoning By-Laws.
