MGL chapter 152, §25C(6)also states that"every state or Iocal licenses agency shall withhold the issuance or renewal of a license or permit to operate a business or to construct buildings in the commonwealth for any applicant who has not produced acceptable evidence of compliance with the insurance coverage required." Jones, Airport Manager Re: Cape Town Plaza Mall Improvements Early this year,Mr.David W. Campbell of Trammell Crow Company introduced himself to me as the property manager. Mr. Campbell is based in Boston. Trammell Crow had taken over management of the mall in November of last year. During this meeting I registered the dissatisfaction of the Airport Commission regarding the physical appearance of the Mall and especially the complete lack of traffic control and direction. Mr. Campbell replied that he was already aware of this situation,and would take positive steps to remedy the situation. Late this spring Mr. Campbell met with me again to present a copy of plans for improvements(see attached). I stated that this looked like a very good idea to me and that the Airport Commission would be happy to hear that these improvements would soon be made. As you know, the improvement work is largely complete by now,and we feel that Tremmell Crow has done an outstanding job.
