In Sept. a sign permit application identified the locus as being in the larger section of Festival -the area containing Shaws. Yesterday, a contractor indicated that the site is ' actually to be located in the area where Outback Restaurant is. For our purposes, these are two distinct parcel numbers. Because all permits issued are tied to a specific parcel id, the wrong location will be a problem. Also, the the frontage of a unit determines the amount of square footage allowed for signage and I don't know if there is a difference between the two storefronts. Ultimately, if Sally's is moving to a location other than the one that was previously submitted a new corrected permit must be issued with its corresponding parcel number. Please advise.
