deregulation may allow Landlord to change electric service. providers in the future, Landlord'
shall have the right at any' time;and from Cline to :time during the Lease Tarrn. to. either (1).
continue>to contract for se ice from the: present eieetric utility:company (the."Electric_Senlice
Provider"), or '.(n) contract; for services from a different company or comparnes<- providing
electricity service,whether through a solar energy provider ("Solar Provider}orotherwise (each

tha# the entire'Shopping Center°is required to be serviced'by the A�emate-Service; Provider,
Tenant;agrees;to contract for service from the Alternate Service Provider. If Landlord elects to
