Dear, Joe.
As we have discussed with you , we have had a tremendous problem
with break.-ins and vandalism at the marina . Therefore, we feel
that a full time security presence is necessary to protect. the
property . We are applying for a permit to renovate the existing
space above the pool building to provide a -food preparation area.
and bathroom for living accomodations for our security .
With the completion of the work on the second level of the pool
building , which- will make it a habitable , living space, we want to
be sure that there is a clear understanding between us that an
occupancy permit will be issued .
