Dear Sir,
Please find. enclosed bo-ringg logs of three holes drilled on the
aravre lot.
Based on the -.information obtained we recomirenc_ that the fill be eX cav-•
ated to the bottom of the organic soil as shown or as actually found.
The sand fill presently on the lot can be used on the site to raiser,the
prevent grades to or above street level.
We suggest that the buildinrz,- founldtionU or footings be placed on' com-
pacted granular fill.Fill may be brought up to finished. grade and dLig �,
back dawn to footin3 elevation,usin_; a slab on grade,or may be brought
up to point where craoll s-pace i w .p-ovicer under ti.e fc3oti, areas.This
option should be decided by the contractor based on cost estimate-s;
