Dear Anna,
Please forward to all the members of the ZBA. Thank you.

Dear Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
Please keep the laws protecting humans as inviolate as those that protect wetlands.
TJA’s project will endanger families and public water supplies.
The explosive machinery needed for this project do not appear on the maps and
plans TJA has submitted to the planning board for the special
permit! One hundred inverters and transformers that contain 50,000+ gallons of
combustible coolant and require dry chemicals to extinguish above public water
supplies! Machinery that exceeds the EPA safety standards for noise emissions.
Hearing damage after one hour exposure. TJA’s deception also leaves the town with
the great financial burden of decommissioning.
Every family should be protected. Including at the 95’ sole egress to 810 Wakeby
Road
where combined 250’ setbacks are impossible. The law requires setbacks are to be
“undisturbed in perpetuity”. The SJC ruled that access roads are part of a solar
installation. They should not be included in our setbacks.
This is a project whose very feasibility has relied on deceiving the town at every
step
over the past four years. That should not be overlooked or rewarded by favors.
I have been following this closely for the past 4+ years. Our town spent an
enormous
amount of time and energy to write this bylaw. That is not to mention the expense! I
ask
that you abide by the bylaw that is in place and do not grant the request that TJA
is
seeking.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Debbie Lavoie
