AGENDA – CONSERVATION COMMISSION HEARING

This meeting of the Barnstable Conservation Commission is being recorded and transmitted by the Information Technology Depart ment of the Town of
Barnstable on Channel 18. Under MGL Chapter 30A Section 20, anyone else desiring to make such a recording or t ransmission must notify the Chair.

public access viewing.

I. OLD AND NEW BUSINESS
A. The Barnstable Conservation Commission and Marine and Environmental Affairs will hold a public
workshop allowing for public comments, on the proposed revised shellfish habitat rating map dated
2022 for the Three Bays area. The date for the Commission vote on revised rating maps will be
announced at a later date.
