The premises are contained by a fenced area. The entrance/exit is controlled by two adult community
members who are aware of the members who should be admitted. This is a gathering of a charitable
church group and only known members of the group attend. Others will not be allowed. We will have a
TIPS certified person serving the drinks and will ask for identification of anyone requesting a drink.
There are only expected to be approximately 30-40 drinking age adults so it will be easy to determine
the number of drinks each has.
