I am sorry I cannot attend in person, but I would like to support the request for variance from Denise Andersen. My
home is directly across the street from the Andersen’s property.
By allowing this variance this would provide their family to have two homes on the property and the size of the property
would easily support two residences.
Currently there is only one home on the property and a large lot covered in shrubs and bushes.
This would allow the Andersen family to add a second home to accommodate their entire family.
In addition to providing an additional family to live in Osterville the addition of a home will enhance the appeal of the
property and provide tax revenue for the city.
Overall, this would be a benefit to the family requesting the variance as well as the Town of Barnstable.
